Ca’Pelletti
The project for Ca’ Pelletti Locanda at San Vigilio 1, Milan embodies a new mood and identity for the chain, who wanted to renew their image with a fresh, welcoming venue that is easy to recognise in the urban context.

The objective was to create a setting that combines elegance, simplicity and warmth while enhancing the visual and architectural presence of the building.
Special attention was paid to the colour palette and to the choice of materials, which convey a sense of balance and harmony in every aspect, from the floor to the wall coverings. The outdoor area was also designed to offer customers a pleasant and functional environment. Available space was optimised by a configuration that dialogues naturally with the surrounding urban fabric.
Completion of the outdoor area required a careful analysis of both structural and sealing solutions as well as integration with the surrounding architecture. The result is both coherent and highly attractive.
The venue is distributed over two levels: a ground floor dedicated to reception and dining, and an upper floor for services.
Great care was also taken over both lighting and plant arrangement, with elegant and discreetly integrated greenery contributing to a relaxed and refined atmosphere. Sound absorbing panels were installed in the ceiling and walls to guarantee a high level of acoustic comfort, with care taken over the choice of colours to avoid altering the overall appearance of the room.
The result is an environment that effectively reflects Ca’ Pelletti’s new brand image based on balance, warmth and attention to detail; the completed venue combines design and functionality and helps to set a new standard for the Locanda San Vigilio chain.
